Do this instead...

Heart disease, blood clots, strokes, and kidney failure…

These are just some of the gruesome side effects that can be found on the back of a bottle of Ibuprofen.

And to top it all off, Ibuprofen doesn’t even address the main cause of your problem… It’s only temporary pain relief.

You don't need to just alleviate your pain- you need to fight INFLAMMATION. That’s why researchers are saying this one natural food is outperforming Ibuprofen, Advil, and Tylenol...

And it doesn’t have the dangerous side effects mentioned above either.

31 Year Old Woman Goes Into COMA After Taking Ibuprofen For Period Pains

You feel pain, you pop a pain killer.

Common stuff right?

Well, for Jaqueline Gmack, that ended up being the very thing that almost killed her.

According to the Daily Mail, Gmack was in a coma for 17 days after suffering a rare reaction to ibuprofen that caused her to 'burn from the inside out'.

Gmack took the over-the-counter tablets to help relieve her period cramps. Within just 48 hours, the 31-year-old suffered a mild itch in her eye and blood blisters in her mouth.

After rushing to hospital, her symptoms rapidly escalated and she developed blisters across her face which left her unable to see properly.

Medics revealed she was suffering from Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and placed her in an induced coma.

'They [the doctors] told me it was a miracle I'd survived,' said Gmack. "My family didn't let me see myself in the mirror for a few days.

"When I did finally look in the mirror, I saw someone I didn't recognise."

Don't let this happen to you
